Efektifitas Intervensi Bermain terhadap Konsumsi Sayur dan Buah pada Anak Usia Sekolah Dasar
Abstract
Sayur dan buah merupakan zat gizi yang dibutuhkan dalam tahap tumbuh kembang anak usia sekolah dasar. Konsumsi sayur dan buah yang rendah pada anak usia sekolah dasar dapat berdampak terhadap status kesehatan dan kemampuan kognitif anak. Desain yang digunakan adalah literature review. Analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif. Metode pencarian sumber pustaka diperoleh secara daring dengan menggunakan sumber dari online database dengan kata kunci school age children, vegetable, fruit dan game yang dipublikasikan tahun 2014-2020. Telaah literatur pada 10 artikel yang menggunakan permainan sebagai intervensi didapatkan hasil bahwa permainan terbukti efektif meningkatkan konsumsi sayur dan buah pada anak usia sekolah dasar. Permainan dapat dijadikan sebagai pilihan dalam memberikan intervensi untuk memotivasi perilaku konsumsi sayur dan buah pada anak usia sekolah dasar.

EFFECTIVENESS OF PLAY INTERVENTION ON CONSUMPTION OF VEGETABLES AND FRUIT IN SCHOOL-AGED CHILDREN
ABSTRACT
Vegetable and fruit are nutrients needed in the growth and development stage of school-age children. Low consumption of vegetable and fruit in school-age children can have an impact on children's health status and cognitive abilities. The design used is literature review. The analysis used is descriptive analysis. The method of searching for library sources is obtained online by using sources from online databases using the keywords school age children, vegetable, fruit, and game published in 2014-2020. The literature review on 10 articles show game as intervention increase consumption of vegetable and fruit in school age children. The game can be intervention option to motivate the consumption of vegetable and fruit in school-age children.
