Manifestasi Klinis dan Laboratorium pada Ibu Hamil yang Menderita Covid-19
Abstract
Kekebalan tubuh wanita hamil selalu beradaptasi bahkan terhadap paparan infeksi COVID-19, namun penelitian dan laporan ilmiah tentang dampak dari COVID-19 selama kehamilan masih terbatas. Tujuan dari tinjauan sistematis ini adalah untuk meninjau manifestasi klinis, ibu dengan infeksi COVID-19 selama kehamilan. Artikel dicari sejak Januari–November 2021 dari berbagai basis data seperti: PUBMED dan Google Scholar. Kata kunci yang digunakan adalah “maternal characteristic and COVID-19” ATAU “pregnancy and laboratory characteristics and COVID-19”, ATAU “ pregnancy and COVID-19. 13 artikel yang memenuhi syarat kualitatif disaring dan didapatkan hasil bahwa manifestasi klinis yang hampir selalu terjadi adalah demam, mialgia, batuk persisten, dan hasil laboratorium yang sering terjadi adalah limfopenia, leukopenia, perpanjangan waktu protrombin, radiografi dada dengan edema paru dan ground glassappearance.
