Analisis Perubahan Instalasi Gawat Darurat Rumah Sakit Selama Pandemi Covid-19: Literature Review

Abstract

Garda terdepan rumah sakit dalam memberikan pelayanan kesehatan terkait COVID-19 ini adalah Instalasi Gawat Darurat (IGD), dengan begitu IGD menjadi tempat berisiko tinggi penularan COVID-19 antara pasien dengan pasien maupun antara pasien dengan petugas kesehatan. Untuk mencegahnya, hal yang dapat dilakukan adalah dengan melakukan perubahan di IGD selama pandemi COVID-19. Penulisan artikel literature review ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perubahan yang dilakukan IGD rumah sakit sebagai upaya mencegah dan mengendalikan infeksi COVID-19 sehingga dapat digunakan sebagai rekomendasi bagi IGD rumah sakit lain selama masa pandemi COVID-19. Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan artikel ini adalah literature review, dengan rancang penelusuran melalui Google Scholar, Mendeley, Medrxiv dan PubMed. Kata kunci yang digunakan emergency department, hospital, changes, guidelines, preparedness, COVID-19. Pemilihan artikel berdasarkan kriteria minimal diterbitkan tahun 2020, berbahasa inggris, full text dan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Total ada 5 artikel yang sesuai, kemudian dilakukan pengolahan data. Berdasarkan hasil literature review, perubahan yang dilakukan IGD rumah sakit selama pandemi COVID-19 dibagi menjadi 3, yaitu saat persiapan, pra-triase dan saat triase. Perubahan yang dilakukan saat persiapan, diantaranya pada struktur organisasi dan kepemimpinan, manajemen sumber daya manusia, infrastruktur dan logistik. Perubahan yang dilakukan saat pra-triase adalah adanya klinik online dan skrining pasien. Terakhir, perubahan yang dilakukan saat triase adalah terkait alur triase pasien.
