The increase in life expectancy and the proportion of the elderly group has not been matched by a fairly good quality of life for the elderly. Elderly people spend a lot of their time unproductive. Managing time in every activity is very important so that it can create a comfortable life. This type of research is quantitative with a descriptive design, the population of this research is the occupants of UPT PSTW Khusnul Khotimah as many as 57 elderly, and in this study using a total sampling technique where the entire population is used as the research sample.
