Penurunan Kecemasan Pasien Komorbid pada Pandemi Covid-19 melalui Intervensi Resiliensi
Abstract
Pandemi COVID-19 memberikan dampak buruk pada kondisi kesehatan diseluruh dunia. Usia lanjut dan pasien yang menderita penyakit kronis, seperti diabetes, penyakit kardiovaskular, hipertensi, asma dan stroke, merupakan kelompok paling rentan terinfeksi COVID-19. Kecemasan pada pasien komorbid disebabkan tingginya angka kematian pasien komorbid yang terpapar COVID-19, pembatasan sosial, self isolation dan lockdown. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh intervensi resiliensi terhadap kecemasan pasien komorbid pada pandemi COVID-19. Desain yang digunakan”Quasi experimental pre-post test with control group” dengan intervensi intervensi resiliensi . Responden adalah pasien komorbid hipertensi dan diabetes mellitus yang mengalami kecemasan berdasarkan kuesioner general anxiety disorder 7 (GAD 7) di provinsi Jawa barat dan Jawa tengah. Jumlah responden sebanyak 90 responden. tehnik pengambilan sample adalah purposive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan Independent t-test dan paired t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kecemasan menurun pada pasien komorbid setelah intervensi resiliensi (p-value< 0,000).
