Metaanalisis Hubungan Covid-19 dengan Persalinan Prematur
Abstract
Wanita hamil yang terinfeksi COVID-19 memiliki risiko lebih tinggi untuk melahirkan secara prematur. Penelitian ini belum banyak dilakukan di Indonesia sehingga peneliti tertarik untuk mengadakan penelitian tentang risiko persalinan prematur pada ibu hamil terinfeksi COVID-19. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan COVID-19 tentang persalinan prematur. Metaanalisis dilakukan untuk mengulas artikel-artikel yang ditemukan dari beberapa database yaitu Google Scholar, PubMed, dan ScienceDirect. Artikel yang digunakan adalah artikel yang dipublikasi dari tahun 2020-2021. Kata kunci yang digunakan untuk mencari artikel yang sesuai adalah COVID-19 DAN kehamilan DAN "kelahiran prematur". Kriteria inklusi yang digunakan adalah full paper, bahasa Inggris atau Indonesia, desain studi observasional, dan mencantumkan hasil Odds Ratio (aOR). Hasil pencarian artikel dicantumkan dalam diagram PRISMA dan dianalisis menggunakan aplikasi Review Manager 5.3. Sebanyak 6 artikel menunjukkan kelompok percobaan heterogen (I2= 88%; p< 0,001), oleh karena itu penelitian ini menggunakan model efek acak. Hasil studi menunjukkan ibu hamil yang terinfeksi COVID-19 dapat meningkatkan risiko 1,33 kali dibandingkan persalinan yang tak terinfeksi COVID-19 (aOR= 1,33; CI 95%= 0,75 hingga 2,33; p= 0,330). Ibu hamil yang terinfeksi COVID-19 memiliki risiko lebih 1,33 kali lebih tinggi untuk melahirkan prematur.
