Burnout Pasien Hemodialisa selama Pandemi Covid-19
Abstract
Frekuensi kunjungan pasien hemodialisa ke rumah sakit 2 -3 kali dalam seminggu mampu menjadi risiko terjadinya kejenuhan atau burnout. Burnout pada pasien bisa berdampak negatif terhadap kualitas hidupnya. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisa faktor yang berhubungan dengan terjadinya burnout pada pasien hemodialisa. Desain penelitian adalah cross sectional dilakukan pada pasien hemodialisa di Rumah Sakit Islam Surabaya sebanyak 53 pasien dengan kriteria inklusi pasien yang hemodialisa 2-3 kali seminggu, variabel dependen adalah burnout pasien sedangkan variabel independen adalah usia, jenis kelamin, pekerjaan, frekuensi cuci darah dalam seminggu, lama cuci darah. Data diambil dengan menggunakan kuesioner Shirom Melamed Burnout Questionnaire dan dianalisa menggunakan uji analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai signifikansi sebesar α = 0.03 (R=0.579 dan R² = 0.335) sehingga secara signifikan terbukti ada pengaruh bersama dari usia, pekerjaan, pendidikan, lama cuci darah dan frekuensi cuci darah terhadap terjadinya burnout pada pasien hemodialisis. Untuk meminimalisir dan mengurangi terjadinya burnout, perawat bisa melakukan cognitive behavioral therapy yang dilakukan secara berkelompok.
