Pengaruh Faktor Individu Perawat dan Organisasi terhadap Pelaksanaan Early Warning Score di Ruang Rawat Inap
Abstract
Early Warning Score merupakan hal yang sangat penting untuk mengatasi masalah kesehatan pasien secara dini. Pelaksanaan Early Warning Score di ruang rawat inap RSUP H. Adam Malik Medan masih rendah. Rendahnya pelaksanaan Early Warning Score di ruang rawat inap RSUP H. Adam Malik Medan terkait dengan faktor individu dan faktor organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengalisis pengaruh faktor individu (pengetahuan, pengalaman dan motivasi) dan organisasi (budaya organisasi, lingkungan organisasi dan kekuasaan) terhadap pelaksanaan Early Warning Score di ruang rawat inap RSUP H Adam Malik Medan. Penelitian ini adalah survei analitik dengan desain penelitian cross sectional. Populasi berjumlah 248 perawat dan sampel berjumlah 98 perawat. Pengumpulan data dengan data primer dan sekunder dan dianalisis dengan uji statistik Regresi Logistik Ganda dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95%. Hasil penelitian faktor individu (pengetahuan dan pengalaman) dan faktor organisasi (lingkungan organisasi dan power) berpengaruh, sedangkan Faktor individu (motivasi) dan faktor organisasi (budaya organisasi) tidak berpengaruh terhadap pelaksanaan early warning score. Variabel yang paling dominan mempengaruhi pelaksanaan early warning score di ruang rawat inap Rumah Sakit Umum Pusat H. Adam Malik Medan adalah variabel pengetahuan.
