Potensi Program Telemedicine pada Kualitas Pelayanan Kesehatan di Intensive Care Unit
Abstract
Kurangnya ketersediaan serta tingginya kebutuhan perawat dengan kualifikasi ahli intensif dan perawatan kondisi kritis menjadi kekhawatiran tersendiri di berbagai negara. Penerapan teknologi telemedicine memungkinkan ruang ICU untuk memiliki staf tambahan melalui peletakkan kamera di luar lokasi ICU untuk membantu perawatan pasien. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui potensi program telemedicine pada kualitas pelayanan kesehatan pada pasien di intensive care unit. Penelitian ini merupakan tinjauan sistematis dengan pencarian artikel menggunakan basis data online PubMed dan BASE. Proses pencarian Artikel dilakukan pada periode bulan Januari – Maret 2021. Variabel dependen adalah pelayanan kesehatan. Variabel independen adalah program telemedicine. 5 artikel penelitian berasal dari negara USA menjelaskan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif pada implementasi program tele-ICU terhadap kinerja petugas medis sehingga berpengaruh juga kepada kualitas pelayanan kesehatan pasien. Terdapat pengaruh yang positif pada implementasi program tele-ICU dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan pasien.
