Pola Makan Pada Remaja Berhubungan dengan Kejadian Anemia [ada Siswi Kelas VII
Abstract
Anemia merupakan kondisi dengan kadar haemoglobin kurang dari normal, batas normal haemoglobin remaja 12 gr/dl. Anemia merupakan dampak asupan zat gizi besi yang hanya memenuhi 40% dari kecukupan tubuh yang disebabkan gangguan penyerapan dan pola makan yang tidak baik. Pola makan yang baik adalah pola makan yang memenuhi frekuensi makan 2-3 kali makan utama dengan 1 selingan serta jenis makanan yang beragam (mengandung makanan pokok, lauk hewani, lauk nabati, sayur dan buah). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan pola makan pada remaja dengan kejadian anemia pada siswi kelas VII MTs Sunan kalijaga Kranding Mojo Kediri. Jenis penelitian ini kuantitatif dengan desain korelasi cross sectional. Populasi ini seluruh siswi kelas VII MTs Sunan Kalijaga sejumlah 220 siswi, dengan teknik sampling stratified random sampling maka jumlah sampel 66 responden. Pengambilan data menggunakan kuisioner food recall dan pemeriksaan haemoglobin. Hasil penelitian didapatkan 8 responden pola makan baik, 58 responden memiliki pola makan kurang baik dan 41 responden tidak mengalami anemia, 25 reponden mengalamai anemia. Hasil uji korelasi Chi Square di dapatkan p value 0,02 (< 0,05). Berdasarkan penelitian disimpulkan terdapat hubungan pola makan pada remaja dengan kejadian anemia pada remaja putri.

EATING PATTERNS ON TEENAGERS ASSOCIATED WITH ANEMIA OCCURRENCE IN GRADE VII STUDENTS
ABSTRACT
Anemia is the condition of the body with haemoglobin levels less than normal, normal limits haemoglobin in female teenager 12 gr/dl. Anemia is the impact of nutrient intake iron to about 40% of the body's adequacy, intake of a nutrient substance was due to the uneven any disturbance absorption (malabsorption) and eating patterns on female teenagers is not good. A good diet is a diet that meets the frequency of eating 2-3 main meals with 1 interlude and various types of food (containing staple foods, animal dishes, vegetable dishes, vegetables and fruit). The purpose of the study was to analyze the correlation between eating pattern on female teenagers with anemia Occurrence in Grade VII Students at MTs Sunan Kalijaga kranding mojo kediri. This type of research was quantitative with a study of correlation analysis with cross-sectional approached. This population were all grade student VII MTs Sunan Kalijaga with student of a number 220, the sampling technique used was stratified random sampling with a sample of 66 respondents. Data retrieval using the food recall questionnaire and Haemoglobin check. The results showed that 8 respondent had good diet, 58 respondents had poor diet and 41 respondents did not experience anemia, 25 resondents experience anemia. Data analysis using Chi Square, Chi Square correlation test results obtained p value 0.02 (<0.05). Based on this research which means there was a relationship between eating patterns in female teenagers with the incidence of anemia.
