Proses Penyembuhan Ulkus Kaki Diabetik melalui Terapi Ozon Bagging
Abstract
Kombinasi perawatan luka lembab dan terapi Ozon Bagging terbukti sebagai kontrol infeksi, anti mikroba dan lebih efektif terhadap penyembuhan ulkus kaki diabetik dibandingkan dengan perawatan luka lembab saja. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis proses penyembuhan ulkus kaki diabetik melalui terapi Ozon Bagging. Metode penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan Quasy Experimental Design dengan pendekatan Pretest-Posttest Nonequivalent Control Group. Sampel 30 responden dengan 15 kelompok kontrol mendapatkan perawatan luka lembab dan 15 kelompok intervensi mendapatkan terapi ozon bagging dan perawatan luka lembab. Sampel diambil dengan Simple Random Sampling sesuai kriteri inklusi dan eklusi. Terapi ozon bagging dilakukan 4 hari sekali selama 7 sesi (28 hari), pada awal sesi terapi 1 kali waktu 15 menit persesi, konsentrasi adjustment 25 (96 ppm), sesi ke 2-7 waktu 10 menit persesi, konsentrasi adjustment 15 (28,8) ppm). Penilaian penyembuhan ulkus kaki diabetik menggunakan skala Bates-Jensen Wound Assesment Tool. Data dianalisa menggunakan Mann Whitney dan Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test. Hasil menunjukkan kelompok intervensi skor BWAT pretest 38,07 dan posttest 18,47. Kelompok kontrol skor BWAT pretest 40,0 dan posttest 29,33. Hasil uji statistik kelompok intervensi kategori healed 13,3%, regenerasi 86,7%, dan degenerasi 0%. Kelompok kontrol kategori regenerasi 100%. Perbedaan proses penyembuhan ulkus kaki diabetik pada kelompok intervensi dan kelompok kontrol dengan nilai sgnifikasi p value 0,001 (p < 0,05). Terdapat perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan terapi ozon bagging terhadap proses penyembuhan ulkus kaki diabetik.

HEALING PROCESS OF DIABETIC FOOT ULCER THROUGH OZONE BAGGING THERAPY
ABSTRACT
The combination of moist wound care and Ozone Bagging therapy is proven to be an infection control, anti-microbial and more effective against healing diabetic foot ulcers compared to moist wound treatment alone. This study aims to analyze the healing process of diabetic foot ulcers through Ozone Bagging therapy. Quantitative research methods using Quasy Experimental Design with Pretest-Posttest Nonequivalent Control Group research. Samples of 30 respondents with 15 control groups received treatment for moist wounds and 15 intervention groups received ozone bagging therapy and treatment of moist wounds. Samples were taken by simple random sampling according to inclusion and exclusion criteria. Assessment of diabetic foot ulcer healing using the Bates-Jensen Wound Assessment Tool scale. Data were analyzed using the Mann Whitney and Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test. The difference between the recovery process in the intervention group and the control group with the signification value of p value 0.001 (p <0.05). There is a significant difference with ozone therapy in the process of repairing diabetic foot ulcers.
