Intensitas Aktivitas Fisik Bersepeda Berhubungan dengan Kadar Asam Urat, Indeks Massa Tubuh dan Kesehatan Mental Selama Pandemi Covid 19

Abstract

Pada masa pandemi Corona Virus Disease 2019, anjuran pemerintah untuk melakukan aktivitas di dalam rumah mempengaruhi  gaya hidup yang semakin tidak aktif. Hal ini beresiko obesitas, timbulnya penyakit gout dan juga mempengaruhi kesehatan mental. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisa hubungan antara intensitas aktifitas fisik bersepeda dengan kadar asam urat, indeks massa tubuhdan kesehatan mental selama pandemi Covid 19 pada komunitas bersepeda Dagobar Jombang. Desain penelitian analitik korelasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi semua anggota Komunitas Dagobar yang berjumlah 30 orang, yang terdiri dari 19 orang berjenis kelamin laki-laki dan 11 orang berjenis kelamin perempuan diambil purposive sampling. Variabel independen intensitas aktivitas fisik dan variabel dependen kadar asam urat, indeks massa tubuhdan kesehatan mental. Penilaian intensitas aktivitas fisik menggunakan kuesioner Baecke Questinnare, status kesehatan mental kuesioner Self Reporting Questioneire (SRQ)-20, kadar asam urat menggunakan alat Easy Touch GCU dan Pengukuran indeks massa tubuh mengunakan timbangan berat badan onemed dan meteran pengukur tinggi badan onemed. Kriteria penilaian menurut P2PTM Kemenkes RI . Data dianalisis dengan uji Chi Square dan wilcoxon signed test. Ada hubungan intensitas aktivitas fisik bersepeda dengan  kadar asam urat (pvalue=0,037) dan indeks massa tubuh (pvalue=0,034). Terdapat perbedaan signifikan kesehatan mental sebelum dan sesudah bersepeda (pvalue=0,003). Aktivitas fisik bersepeda dengan intensitas rendahmemiliki kadar asam urat dan indeks massa tubuh normal demikian sebaliknya. Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa aktifitas fisik bersepeda dengan tetap memperhatikan protokol kesehatan sangat baik dibutuhkan untuk menjaga kesehatan fisik dan mental.
