Abstract

Efek stunting yaitu penurunan kecerdasan dan mental sehingga mempengaruhi produktivitas ketika memasuki usia produktif. Salah satu masalah pedesaan adalah kesejahteraan dalam ekonomi yang berdampak pada pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak. Tujuan mengetahui hubungan faktor ekonomi dengan kejadian stunting. Desain penelitian yaitu crossectional. Total sampel 84. Sampel adalah ibu memiliki riwayat melahirkan dari tahun 2015-Desember 2019, memiliki KMS, data diambil mengunakan kuisioner. Teknik pengambilan sampel total sampling. Analisa diskriptif dan analisa hubungan menggunakan Chi Square test. Hasil berdasarkan  analisa di wilayah pedesaan  29 reponden (34%) mengalami stunting. Pendapatan per bulan  66 responden pendapatan < 2 juta/bulan dikatakan keluarga miskin. Hasil uji hubungan faktor ekonomi p=0.018 (p<0.05), faktor lain tingkat pendidikan, riwayat merokok ibu, spasing menghasilkan p > 0.05. Kejadian stunting berhubungan dengan faktor ekonomi keluarga (p=0.018).
