HUBUNGAN ANTARA STATUS GIZI IBU HAMIL DENGAN KEJADIAN BERAT BADAN LAHIR RENDAH (BBLR)

Pendahuluan: Status gizi ibu hamil dapat diukur dengan menggunakan pengukuran LILA. Jika LILA < 23,5 cm (KEK) dan > 23,5 cm (Tidak KEK). Ibu hamil yang mengalami KEK kemungkinan besar melahirkan bayi BBLR. Metode: Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui status gizi ibu hamil dengan kejadian BBLR di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Subah. Penelitian ini menggunakan observasional analitik, dengan pendekatan case control. Sampel kontrol sebanyak 54 responden dan sampel kasus 49 responden. Analisa data pada penelitian ini menggunakan uji Mann-Whitney. Hasil: Hasil penelitian pada kelompok kasus, LILA ibu saat hamil < 23,5 cm (KEK) sebanyak 29 ibu (59,2%) dan > 23,5 cm (Tidak KEK) sebanyak 20 ibu (40,8%). Pada kelompok kontrol LILA ibu saat hamil < 23,5 cm (KEK) sebanyak 2 ibu (3,7%) dan > 23,5 cm (Tidak KEK) sebanyak 52 ibu (96,3%). Bayi BBLR sebanyak 49 bayi (47,6%) dan tidak BBLR sebanyak 54 bayi (52,4%). Simpulan penelitian ini ada hubungan antara status gizi ibu hamil dengan kejadian BBLR (p = 0,0001). Diskusi: Saran yang dapat diberikan bagi ibu agar lebih memperhatikan asupan gizi ibu saat hamil.

Introduction: The nutritional status of pregnant women can be measured using LILA measurements. If LILA <23,5 cm (KEK) and> 23,5 cm (No KEK). Method: The purpose of this study to determine the nutritional status of pregnant women with the incidence of LBW in the Work Area Puskesmas Subah. Results: The results of the study in the case group, maternal LILA during pregnancy <23.5 cm (KEK) were 29 mothers (59.2%) and> 23.5 cm (No KEK) as many as 20 mothers (40.8%). In the maternal LILA control group during pregnancy <23.5 cm (KEK), 2 mothers (3.7%) and> 23,5 cm (No KEK) were 52 mothers (96.3%). Infants LBW as many as 49 babies (47.6%) and not BBLR as many as 54 babies (52.4%). Conclusion of this research there is correlation between nutritional status of pregnant mother with the incidence of BBLR (p = 0.0001). Discussion: Suggestions that can be given to mothers to pay more attention to mother's nutritional intake during pregnancy.
