Methods: a systematic review was carried out by searching articles on clinical practice students, using the one-minute teacher intervention method with a comparison of conventional methods and measuring the impact of the method on teaching satisfaction and feedback from students. Search was carried out using Medline, GoogleSearch, and EBSCO with selected and approved keywords in articles published 2000-2014 which can be accessed fulltext in PDF format. Appropriate articles are analyzed using critical appraisal tools that are relevant to RCT research and research to obtain quality research. Data extracted from quality articles are then grouped, discussed and concluded. Results: The findings consist of 4 articles, complete with 2 good and moderate. the results of the discussion showed that this 1-minute teacher method was effective in increasing teacher / lecturer satisfaction. This method can be used to improve students' ability to do clinical work. Conclusion: the one-minute teacher method is well used in health student clinical education. with this method can increase clinical punishment on students. ER -
