Pengaruh Sleep Hygiene dan Ergonomic Exercise Berbasis Spiritual Care terhadap Kadar Asam Urat dan Kualitas Hidup Penderita Arthritis Gout
Abstract
Arthritis Gout is a form of inflammation of the joints that occurs due to high uric acid levels in the blood with its prevalence continuing to increase. Arthritis Gout is an uncontrolled disease accompanied by a decrease in quality of life and increased utilization of health . The method in this research is quasy experimental with control group pre-test-post test design. The population in this study were all people with arthritis gout as many as 56 people. The sample in this study was 56 people taken using a total sampling technique which was divided into 26 intervention groups and 26 control groups in which the respondent taking fulfilled both inclusion and exclusion criteria. Analysis of the data used was paired T test with a significance of p = <0.05. The results showed that the mean uric acid levels after treatment in the intervention group 6.57 and in the control group 9.46 with P value = 0.000 means that there are differences in the average levels of uric acid in patients with arthritis gout and the mean quality of life after treatment in the group intervention 81.9 and in the control group 37.5 with P value = 0.000 means there is a difference in the average quality of life of people with arthritis gout. Multivariate test results using manova results showed that the p value = 0,000 with the influence of eta partial square 63.1% on uric acid levels. and 92.2% on quality of life which means spiritual care-based sleep hygiene and ergonomic exercise significantly have a strong effect on uric acid levels and quality of life for people with arthritis gout. The application of spiritual care-based sleep hygiene and ergonomic exercise can be given to arthritis gout sufferers in reducing uric acid levels and improve quality of life.
