Abstract

Asuhan keperawatan yang terlewatkan merupakan permasalahan besar yang dapat menurunkan kualitas kepuasan pasien, meningkatkan readmission hingga meningkatkan angka mortalitas. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan asuhan keperawatan yang terlewatkan di Rumah Sakit X Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan yaitu studi kasus dengan observasi, klarifikasi dengan wawancara dan telaah dokumen (rekam medis pasien), sampel yang digunakan yaitu 76 rekam medis yang didapatkan dari 10 ruangan rawat inap dari rekam medis tersebut dilakukan klarifikasi dengan wawancara kepada pasien dan keluarga menggunakan alat pengumpulan data yaitu lembar observasi dan wawancara dengan pasien dan keluarga sesuai dengan 11 rencana tindakan yang telah dimiliki rumah sakit, kemudian dilakukan analisis SWOT. Hasil yang didapatkan yaitu posisi rumah sakit berada pada sel V dengan strategi hold and maintain makanya rumah sakit dapat menggunakan strategi penetrasi pasar dan pengembangan produk. Penetrasi pasar dengan mempertahakan dan meningkatkan kualitas pelaksanaan asuhan keperawatan melalui penguatan peran dari ketua tim dan kepala ruangan serta pengembangan produk dengan menyusun SPO pelaksanaan asuhan keperawatan serta panduan observasi pelaksanaan asuhan keperawatan yang dilakukan oleh manajer keperawatan.

SWOT ANALYSIS OF MISSED NUSING CARE

ABSTRACT

Missed nursing care is a major problem that can reduce the quality of patient satisfaction, increase readmission and increase mortality. This study aims to analyze the implementation of nursing care that was missed at X Jakarta Hospital. The method used is a case study with observation, clarification by interview and document review (patient medical record), the sample used is 76 medical records obtained from 10 inpatient rooms from the medical record is clarified by interviewing patients and families using collection tools the data are observation sheets and interviews with patients and families in accordance with the 11 action plans the hospital has, then SWOT analysis. The results obtained are the position of the hospital in cell V with a hold and maintain strategy so hospitals can use market penetration strategies and product development. Market penetration by maintaining and improving the quality of implementation of nursing care through strengthening the roles of team leaders and room heads and developing products by developing SPOs for implementation of nursing care and guidelines for observing the implementation of nursing care performed by nursing managers.
