Abstract

ABSTRAK

Proses Kehamilan dan melahirkan merupakan bagian siklus dari seorang wanita. Perubahan yang terjadi menjadikan krisis pada diri wanita tersebut. Perubahan peran menjadi salah satu stressor yang muncul pada masa transisi tersebut. Ibu pada kondisi ini perlu mendapatkan pendampigan sehingga ibu mampu beradaptasi dengan maksimal. Terapi Kelompok Terapeotik (TKT) merupakan salah satuterapi kelompok yang dapat berfungsi sebagai pendampingan ibu dalam mempersiapkan diri dalam memenuhi peranya. Penelitian ini meneliti 24 ibu primigravida. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuasi eksperimen. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan ada pengaruh antara pemberian TKT terhadap tingkat kemampuan ibu primi gravida. Selanjutnya terapi ini dapat diterapkan dalam instasi kesehatan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan ibu hamil khususnya ibu primigravida.

THE EFFECT OF PREGNANT WOMEN'S THERAPEUTIC GROUP THERAPY ON THE GRADUATION LEVEL IN CAREING FOR SELF AND BABY PRIMIPARA TRIMESTER TO THREE 

ABSTRACT

The process of pregnancy and childbirth is a cycle of a woman. Changes that occur make a crisis in the woman. The change of role became one of the stressors that emerged during the transition period. Mothers in this condition need to get pendampigan so that mothers are able to adapt to the maximum. Terapeotic Group Therapy (TKT) is one of the group therapy that can serve as a mother's assistance in preparing themselves to fulfill the role. This study examined 24 primigravida mothers. This study uses a quasi-experimental approach. The results of this study found that there was an influence between giving TKT to the level of ability of prima gravida mothers. Furthermore, this therapy can be applied in health institutions to improve the ability of pregnant women, especially primigravida mothers.
