HUBUNGAN PERAN KELUARGA DENGAN PERILAKU MEROKOK REMAJA

Pendahuluan: Keluarga merupakan tempat pertumbuhan anak yang pertama, sehingga peran keluarga dalam menjalankan perannya dalam pendidikan, perlu secara terus-menerus mendorong, membimbing, memotivasi dan memfasilitasi demi tercapainya pendidikan anak yang baik. Namun kenyataan, masih terdapat perilaku anak yang menyimpang yaitu merokok. Meskipun Berbagai dampak dan bahaya merokok sudah dipublikasikan, tapi kebiasaan merokok masih sulit untuk dihentikan. Hal ini sering terlihat anak sekolah menghisap rokok ketika berkumpul dengan teman sebaya di kantin sekolah maupun menghisap rokok di rumah ketika ada orang tuanya. Metode: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara peran keluarga dengan perilaku merokok remaja di SMK NU 02 Rowosari Kendal. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif korelasi. Populasinya adalah seluruh siswa laki-laki kelas X di SMK NU 02 Rowosari Kendal sebanyak 221 siswa dan teknik samplingnya menggunakan proportional random sampling yaitu jumlah 142 responden. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara peran keluarga dengan perilaku merokok remaja di SMK NU 02 Rowosari, ini sesuai hasil uji Fisher Exact diperoleh nilai p value yaitu 0,000 (p value > 0,05 ).  Diskusi: Melalui hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dinas pendidikan meningkatkan AKPS (Angka Kredit Pelanggaran Siswa) terutama perilaku merokok siswa di lingkungan sekolah. Karena perilaku merokok merupakan perilaku yang tidak sehat, yang dapat merusak fungsi organ tubuh, sehingga siswa perokok menjadi sakit dan kesulitan dalam menerima materi pelajaran di sekolah.

Introduction: The family is the first place a child's growth, so the role of the family in their role in education, the need to constantly encourage, guide, motivate and facilitate the education of children to achieve well. But the reality, there are a deviant behavior that is smoking. Although various effects and dangers of smoking have been published, but the habit of smoking is hard to stop. It is often seen school children smoke cigarettes while hanging out with their peers in the school cafeteria and smoke cigarettes in the house when his parents.  Methods: This study aimed to determine the relationship between the role of families with adolescent smoking behavior in SMK NU 02 Rowosari Kendal. Results: The results showed that there is a relationship between the role of the family with adolescent smoking behavior in SMK NU 02 Rowosari, the corresponding test results obtained by the Fisher Exact p value is 0.000 (p value> 0.05). Discussion: Through the results of this study are expected to improve the education department AKPS (Figures Student Credit Abuse) primarily smoking behavior of students in the school environment. Because smoking behavior is unhealthy behaviors, which can impair organ function, so that students become ill smokers and difficulty in accepting the subject matter in school.
