GAMBARAN KARAKTERISTIK PASIEN EMERGENCY PSYCHIATRIC DENGAN PEMENUHAN NUTRISI KURANG DARI KEBUTUHAN TUBUH
Abstract
ABSTRAK
Pendahuluan: Pasien emergency psychiatric termasuk pasien skizofrenia akan mengalami gangguan pemenuhan nutrisi yang diakibatkan oleh gangguan pikiran dan gangguan perilaku pada biokimiawi otak dimana hal ini berdampak buruk bagi pemenuhan nutrisi yang ditandai dengan Body Mass Index (BMI) kurang dari normal. Tubuh memerlukan makanan untuk mempertahankan kelangsungan fungsinya. Kebutuhan nutrisi ini diperlukan sepanjang kehidupan manusia, namun jumlah nutrisi yang diperlukan tiap orang berbeda sesuai dengan kataristiknya, seperti jenis kelamin, usia, aktivitas dan lain-lain.Metode: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran karakteristik pasien (umur, jenis kelamin, diagnosa psikiatrik, masalah fisik, masalah keperawatan) Emergency Pschyatric dengan pemenuhan nutrisi kurang dari kebutuhan tubuh.Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan Historical Design.Sampel berjumlah 33 responden.Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari data sekunder, menggunakan total sampling.Hasil: Karakteristik pasien emergency psychiatricmayoritas usia dewasa awal, berjenis kelamin perempuan, berpendidikan SD, diagnosis medis skizofrenia tak terinci, diagnosis fisik terkait sistem kardiovaskuler dan sistem pencernaan, dan memiliki masalah keperawatan jiwa isolasi sosial. Diskusi: Penelitian kualitatif diperlukan untuk melengkapi informasi yang terkait faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pemenuhan nutrisi kurang dari kebutuhan tubuh pada pasien emergency psychiatric.

ABSTRACT
Introduction:psychiatric emergency patients including patients with schizophrenia have experienced a disruption of nutrition caused by problems with thinking and behavior disorders in biochemical brain where it is bad for the fulfillment of nutritional marked with a Body Mass Index (BMI) less than normal. The body needs food to sustain its function. The nutritional needs required throughout the life of man, but the amount of nutrients needed each person differently according to kataristiknya, such as gender, age, activity and others.Methods:This study aimed to determine Overview Patient characteristics (age, gender, psychiatric diagnosis, a physical problem, the problem of nursing) Emergency Nutrition Fulfillment Pschyatric with less than Needs Body. This type of research is descriptive Historical Design. Sample of 33 respondents. Data collection techniques in this study were obtained from secondary data, using a total sampling. Results:Patients characteristics majority of the psychiatric emergency early adulthood, female, elementary education, medical diagnosis of schizophrenia is not detailed, physical diagnosis related to the cardiovascular system and digestive system, and has the soul of nursing problems of social isolation. Discussion:Qualitative research is needed to supplement the information related to factors that affect nutrition less than body requirements in emergency psychiatric patients.
