Upaya Peningkatkan CD4 pada Orang dengan HIV: Systematic Review
Abstract
HIV adalah virus yang menyerang sistem kekebalan dan selanjutnya melemahkan kemampuan tubuh untuk melawan infeksi. HIV tidak dapat disembuhkan dan fungsi kekebalanitingkatkan dengan aktivasi pemberian terapi antiretroviral. Prinsip perawatan pasien HIV adalah meningkatkan CD4/ imunitas. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui berbagai upaya dalam meningkatkan CD4 pada orang dengan HIV. Systematic review dengan strategi pencarian dan sumber data menggunakan kata kunci: HIV; NURSING; CD4; RCT. Strategi pencarian mulai tahun 2016 sampai dengan 2020 dengan mengidentifikasi studi yang dipublikasikan dalam database elektronik JSTOR, Cambridge core, Nature, Science Direct, Emerald insight, Springerlink, Scopus, Ebsco, ProQuest, Clinical Key, Google Scholar. Terdapat empat belas hasil penelitian yaitu jalan cepat dan aerobik (n=4), konseling (n=3), pemberian suplemen zinc dan vitamin D (n=2), yoga (n= 2), mindfulness dan Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) (n=2) dan dukungan teman sebaya (n=1) yang dapat meningkatkan jumlah CD4. Asuhan keperawatan pada orang HIV dengan meningkatkan daya tahan tubuh dan terdapat empat belas hasil penelitian untuk meningkatkan jumlah CD4 selain tetap mengkonsumsi terapi ARV, yaitu jalan cepat dan aerobik, konseling, pemberian suplemen zinc dan vitamin D, yoga, mindfulness dan Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) dan dukungan teman sebaya.
