Integritas Kulit pada Lansia yang Mengalami Inkontinensia Urin
Abstract
Pasien dengan inkontinensia urin rawan mengalami gangguan pada area kulit. Hal ini dikarenakan kondisi lembab pada area kulit pasien dengan inkontinensia urin. Pemasangan yang dilakukan dapat memberikan pengalaman yang berbeda. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara inkontinensia urin dengan gangguan kulit pada pasien. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasional dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 33 responden. Hasil yang didapatkan bahwa sebanyak 21 responden (74,6%) mengalami inkontinensia sedang dan 28 responden (84,8%) integritas kulitnya baik. Tidak terdapat hubungan antara inkonentinensia urin dengan integritas kulit (p value > 0,05). Penelitian lainnya perlu dilakukan terkait dengan tindakan untuk mengurangi resiko gangguan pada kulit dengan pasien inkontinensia urin.
