Abstract

Head injury is a traumatic damage from the brain that functions or releases interstitial and brain hemorrhage. In the world for the incidence of head damage every year reaches 500,000 cases of the number above 10% of patients died before the hospital and more than 100,000 head injuries at the age of 15-19 years and old age over 65 years with the number of male events more often than women. The purpose of this case study was to analyze nursing care that received oxygenation with up to 300 heads given to patients with head protection in the Emergency Department of the Prof.Dr Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto General Hospital. The nursing problem that arises in these patients is the ineffectiveness of breathing patterns. The intervention was to provide oxygenation therapy and head 300 results of this study 2 reported changes in the effectiveness of breathing patterns as evidenced by both patients increasing improvements in respiratory rate, oxygen saturation, and blood pressure. Oxygenation and head nursing treatments of up to 30 with the problem of ineffective breathing patterns can be applied at the Emergency Hospital
